after one year of fitbit, i lost 45lbs, and did not change my diet
the big news is i went from 8,2 ac1 to 5.7 ac1 blood sugar i have cut my medication in half and when i see my doctor i will probably be right off medication.
I use an apple watch now !!
Update i am completely off medication , i have gained a few pounds back to 180 , i will lose 10 pounds with my 21 day Metabolic reset
