this women is fed up, she is leaving in the middle of a dust storm, what made her so mad? Why is she leaving? Where is she going? so many things to ponder over.
The title of this reminds me of the old Beatles song of almost the same name, and the image suits the song. You may remember, the song is sung from the parents' perspective while justifying the girl's fleeing a cloistered and stultifying home life. The image is from that perspective too, whether a parental home or a lover or husband - or anything, really. I'm imaging that she sees herself bravely heading out into a nebulous (literally, misty or cloud-like) future, but one of her own choosing. Her parents, on the other hand, see her as tiny and vulnerable in a vast and often inhospitable world. Still, and just as in the song, they cry out ("Daddy, our baby's gone!"), but make no attempt to stop her or to bring her back.
