I really like this image. In it, I'm seeing the deep, autumnal magic of Samhain rising and swirling in the moonlight. The ravens stand guard - literal Gatekeepers - to prevent the magic from reaching the viewer (me!). Whether the magic is being wielded for my benefit or for my harm is debatable. What isn't is debatable is that the magic stirs a longing to be out and abroad in that magic night . . . but the ravens guard me, keeping me safe, or keeping me prisoner.
